XPages and Beginner's Java Part II on Notes In Nine

Yesterday saw the post of the second in a series in learning & applying java for XPages on the Notes in 9 screencast.

This one covers the start of creating a custom class and using it as a managed bean to control the logic for a document. I go into some very basic debugging items, and you should get a sense of how to get rolling your own java code.

Go check it out at Notes in Nine!

The next one in the series will go deeper into the java managed bean object and we'll create some logic to control validation, working with Notes objects, and possible look at some caching techniques and issues you may run into (depening on time.)

Happy Coding!
